All scheduling data is stored on servers within the European Union, and your invitees' data never leaves it. Two things about you can cross the border, and neither says anything about the people booking you. If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Polar Software Inc. in the US, which receives your name, email and billing details. If you connect Google Calendar, we ask Google which times you are already busy so those slots stop being offered.

Yes. Pro hosts can connect Google Calendar so Calenteri knows when you're already busy. Those times drop off your booking page automatically, so nobody can book over them. Confirmed bookings go back the other way with a one-click "Add to calendar" button in your booking email.

No. We ask Google for one thing: which time ranges you're busy. The permission we request cannot return event titles, attendees or descriptions, so we couldn't read your meetings if we wanted to, and we never write to your calendar either. We don't offer Outlook sync for exactly this reason: Microsoft has no permission narrow enough, so connecting Outlook would mean handing us read access to every event in your calendar.

No. A name and an email address are all they need to book. No sign-up, no app.

Only the one that keeps you signed in. No analytics cookies, no advertising, no third-party cookies. That is why you never saw a consent banner on this site: there is nothing optional to accept or decline.

By default, an invitee's name, email, phone number and notes are removed 90 days after the meeting; the booking itself stays in your history without them. You can shorten or lengthen that period from Settings, or keep the details until you erase them yourself with one click. Your booking page tells invitees which period you chose before they book.
